Heritage Walks
Tony is the volunteer who runs our popular Heritage Walks. These take place every Monday at 10 am and you can expect a gentle two-hour walk about the immediate area of Cullercoats with stories and tales about the history and heritage of the buildings and people. You may even see some of the traditional clothing worn by Cullercoats fisher people.
Refreshments are available at the Watch House afterwards.
You can now book the walks on Eventbrite and by email. Due to a maximum number per walk we may not be able to accommodate drop-in visitors, so please book.
We are developing plans for additional walks, with different content and alternative dates/times.
